Spawanie laserowe z materiałem dodatkowym w postaci drutu

Omówiono podstawowe zalety i niedostatki metody spawania laserowego z materiałem dodatkowym w postaci drutu w porównaniu do spawania laserowego z głębokim wtopieniem jedną wiązką lasera. Przedstawiono zakres zastosowania tej metody oraz wyniki badań spawania laserowego ze spoiwem przeprowadzonych w Instytucie Spawalnictwa z wykorzystaniem molekularnego lasera CO2 i specjalistycznego podajnika drutu.

It has been discussed the main advantages and weak sides of laser welding with the use of filler metal in the form of wire in comparison to conventional single beam laser welding with deep penetration. The scope of application of this method as well as the results of investigations carried out at the Instytut Spawalnictwa with the use of molecular CO2 laser and specialistic wire feeder have been presented.
