Przedstawiono nowy, bezstykowy system pomiaru przemieszczeń oparty na cyfrowej analizie obrazu w czasie rzeczywistym. Omówiono budowę stanowiska pomiarowego oraz zasadę działania wideoekstensometru. Podano również wyniki badań mających na celu określenie przydatności wideoekstensometru do pomiaru naprężeń.

It has been presented a new contactless system for measurement of displacements, based on the digital image analysis in real time. The design of the measuring station and the principle of operation of the video extensometer have been discussed. The results of investigations aimed at the determination of the usability of the video extensometer for measurement of strains have been given as well.
