Celem pracy było określenie preferencji w zakresie stylu rozwiązywania problemów oraz stylu uczenia się studentów Wydziału Zarządania i Ekonomii Politechniki Gdańskiej. Są to ważne czynniki w określaniu predyspozycji zawodowych.

The aim of this study was to describe the solving problem style and the individual learinig style. The examination group consisted of the students of technical university. Their preferred solving problem style was the perception-thinking style and intuitive-feeling one. The most frequently using learning style was the active experimentation and abstract conceptualisation. The outcomes of this study showed that the solving problem style occurred to be the most important fator to identify personal job predisposition.
