System internetowy wspomagający wytwarzanie oprogramowania metodą PRINCE 2

W artykule przedstawiono system internetowy wspierający zarządzanie przedsięwzięciami realizowanymi na Politechnice Poznańskiej w ramach Studia Rozwoju Oprogramowania (SDS). System jest zorientowany na metodę PRINCE2 i jest internetową implementacją rejestrów tej metody. Obejmuje swoim zakresem Rejestr spraw, Rejestr jakości, Rejestr ryzyka oraz Rejestr produktów.

Proper management is an important issue. One of the most popular management methods is PRINCE 2(PRoject IN Conirolled Emvironment). The method was developed in Great Britain and became a management standard for information system projects founded by the government of the United Kingdom through the Central Computer and Telecommunication Agency. In Poland the method is used by BZ WBK and Prokom Software. PRINCE 2 is aimed at large enterprises and thus requires many types of management documents. Keeping them updated and coherent is not an easy task. Management documents required by PRINCE 2 may be divided into two groups: logs and the remaining documents. The logs include: Issue Log, Quality Log, Risk Log and Lessons Learned Report. Their main characteristic is that they are incremental (a new version includes all the previous data) and they gather data from different sources. The aim of the paper is to present an Internet system, which supports management of projects according to PRINCE 2. That system is developed at the Institute of Computing Science at Poznań University of Technology and is aimed at helping the Software Development Studio, where the PRINCE 2 method is used. The system focuses on PRINCE 2 logs and it supports the Starting-up stage of a project.
