Aspekt logistyczny zarządzania infrastrukturą komunalną miasta

W artykule zaprezentowano kompetencje jednostek samorządu terytorialnego w zakresie zarządzania infrastrukturą w aspekcie logistyki miejskiej. W tym celu przybliżono sposoby gospodarowania infrastrukturą komunalną w Polsce. Autorzy prezentują materiał liczbowy i graficzny pokazujący stan krajowej infrastruktury. W dalszej części przybliżono system logistyki miejskiej oraz pokazano przykłady wdrożeń rozwiązań usprawniających gospodarowanie infrastrukturą logistyczną w wybranych miastach na świecie. Artykuł jest częścią projektu badawczego pt. "Model referencyjny logistyki miejskiej a jakość życia mieszkańców"finansowanego ze środków Ministerstwa Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego w latach 2010-2013.

This article presents the competencies of local government within the scope of infrastructure management in the aspect of city logistics. For this purpose, the forms of city infrastructure economy in Poland are presented. The authors show index figures and data to focus on the state of the domestic infrastructure. Next, the city logistics system is described and examples of implementation of city logistics solutions in chosen cities in the world. The areas of logistics management in the city management are also presented. This article is part of a research project "Referential model of city logistics versus quality of life of citizens" funded by funds for science in the years 2010-2013 as a research project.
