Application des systemes integres de gestion de production en utilisant la methode Kanban

Artykuł przedstawia zastosowanie zintegrowanego zaradzania produkcją w systemie Just-in-Time z wdrożeniem metody Kanban. Po podstawowej prezentacji systemu opisywane są poszczególne parametry mające wpływ na jego funkcjonowanie, a także zmiany faz produkcji jakich ta metoda wymaga. Strategia ta znalazła początkowo zastosowanie w produkcji wielkoseryjnej, aby stopniowo przenieść się do znacznie mniejszych, doskonale zorganizowanych zakładów o profilu lotniczym.

This article presents application of the integral system of production management on example of the Kanban method. The Kanban is one of the many types of working in the Just-in-Time strategy. After generał presentation of the system with advantages and functions, article describes regulation of the parameters in this system and the changes of the production's phases. First, this strategy was applied in the mass production. Nowadays, many excellent organised aircraft enterprises profit this method with very good results.
