Kompleksowa modernizacja osiedlowego systemu grzewczego z wykorzystaniem energii odnawialnej

Omówiono przykład kompleksowej modernizacji osiedlowego systemu grzewczego. W jej ramach wprowadzono nowe skojarzone źródło energii elektrycznej i ciepła, wymieniono system rurociągów, zaś budynki dwu osiedli poddano konwencjonalnej termomodernizacji. W budynkach jednego z osiedli zastosowano układ grzejny oparty na gruntowych pompach ciepła oraz kolektorach słonecznych.

The described example of complex modernization of a housing estate heating system comprise erection of the new gas cogeneration plant as a source of heat and electric power, exchange of heat sending and distribution system and, on the other hand, conventional thermal modernization of all buildings of two housing estates connected to this system. In buildings of one of these housing estates individual coal furnaces have been replaced with the new heating system based on ground hest pumps and solar collectors.
