W studiach tych uwzględniane są problemy związane z modernizacją, które w efekcie mają wpływ na uzyskanie efektywności projektów. Problemy te zostały pokrótce omówione. Wskazano kierunek zmian jakie powinny być dokonane aby w przyszłości ograniczyć liczbę problemów i w końcowym efekcie uzyskiwać lepsze wskaźniki efektywności dla modernizowanej infrastruktury kolejowej.

The article presents the assets of a company of PKP PLK SA and the state of infrastructure, which is disinvestment. Modernization projects require a feasibility study. In these studies included are problems associated with modernization, which ultimately affects on the efficiency of projects. These problems are briefly discussed. Indicated the direction of change that should be made in future reduce problems and, get better performance indicators for the modernized railway infrastructure.
