Metodyka projektowania struktur sieciowych w odlewni

Projektowanie struktury przestrzennej odlewni dotyczy rozmieszczenia składników strukturalnych na terenie zakładu. Ze względu na złożoność problematyki projektowania konieczne jest wprowadzenie metod, które usprawnią sam proces i przyczynią się do osiągnięcia optymalnych rozwiązań. W artykule przybliżono zasady metody optymalnego projektowania struktur sieciowych typu zamkniętego. Metoda jest oparta na zapisie macierzowym oraz na zasadzie podziału zbioru możliwych rozwiązań wraz z określeniem ograniczeń. Ograniczenia wskazują kierunek podziału zbiorów i wyznaczają funkcję celu. W przypadku struktury przestrzennej funkcją celu jest minimalna długość sieci zamkniętej, która łączy projektowane składniki w strukturze odlewni.

The designing of the spatial structure of the foundry refers to the arrangement of the structural components on the premises of the factory. Regarding the complexity of the designing problems, it is necessary to introduce methods which can improve the process itself and reach the optimum solutions. The principles of the method of the optimum designing of the net structures of the closed type are introduced in this study. The method is based on the matrix settlement and on the principle of the division of the series of possible solutions together with determination of the limitation. The limitations show the direction of the division of series and they point the function of the aim. In the case of the spatial structure the function of the aim is the minimum length of the closed net which connects designed components in the foundry's structure.
