The process of recruitment of employees- case studies

In the paper the process of recruitment (including ten steps) was presented and the psychosocial characteristics as determinants of suitability for a specific employee position was suggested. The development was completed identifying the ways and techniques in the evaluation of personnel. In terms of personnel management system cannot function without a coherent strategy, planning, motivation and control. To effectively implement the management strategy the role of the personnel department in the organizational structure should be borne in mind (and appreciated).
