Wielokanałowy system pomiarowo-analityczny on-line do diagnostyki wibracyjnej turbogeneratora
The paper presents a multi-channel analytical measurement system for online vibration diagnostics of turbogenerator technical condition. Several types of acceleration sensors with different parameters (supply voltage, frequency band, sensitivity etc.) were used in vibration measurements. Possible variations of the number of sensors, their locations and parameters are taken into account in the system architecture. The measurements are parametrized with thermal, electrical and physical quantities (real and reactive power, stator winding voltage, temperature of relevant structural components and cooling medium) of the turbogenerator. The system contains modules, which perform basic analysis of measurement data. The data acquired by the modules make it possible to determine spatial distribution of vibration acceleration and velocity of stator parts in the function of relevant electrical parameters. Other more advanced modules are used to build vibration criterion maps (resulting from a technical condition) in turbogenerator admissible load graph. The envelope of the field of extreme values in the resultant vibration map determines in many cases an overriding constrain for the load. The system stores its configuration for vibration measurement and analysis results in a properly designed database. The system architecture enables its quick adaptation to measurements and analyses in other technical objects with different measurement sensors.
