Wdrażanie systemu zarządzania według normy ISO/IEC 17025 w laboratoriach badawczych i wzorcujących – wyniki badań empirycznych

Celem opracowania było przedstawienie wyników badań przeprowadzonych w grupie laboratoriów posiadających akredytowany system zarządzania. Zaprezentowano ogólną ocenę skutków implementacji systemu, w tym syntetyczną ocenę obecnej jakości pomiarów w laboratorium względem sytuacji sprzed akredytacji, a także ocenę relacji korzyści do kosztów implementacji systemu w laboratorium. Ponadto przedstawiono korzyści i słabości wynikające z wdrożenia wspomnianego systemu.

The aim of the article was to present the results of research carried out in laboratories that had implemented the accredited management system. The general evaluation of the effect of system implementation (including a synthetic assessment of the current quality relative to the quality before the system implementation, as well as evaluating the relationship between the benefits and costs of system implementation) was pointed out. In addition, the advantages and disadvantages resulting from the system implementation were presented, too.
