W pracy przedstawiono możliwości badania procesów ścierno - korozyjnych z wykorzystaniem zmodernizowanej maszyny do badań procesów tarciowych UMT-2168. Omówiono wprowadzone zmiany konstrukcyjne, dodatkowe wyposażenie w komorę badawczą oraz oryginalne układy sterownicze i pomiarowe.

The paper presents modernisation of the machine for the frictional processes in the abrasive - corrosive environment. The measured positions, preparation of the investigated and the prospective results were shown. The main paper target is the abrasive-corrosive environment influence on the frictional characteristics.
