W artykule omówiono wdrażanie dyrektyw nowego podejścia do prawa krajów członkowskich UE oraz problemy związane z dostosowaniem systemu dopuszczeniowego do wymagań prawa wspólnotowego.

Discussed in the article is the existing shape of regulations on safety of products used in mining, and the future one, basing on: - the existing regulations resulting from the geological and mining Law, - the Act on assessment of compliance, accreditation and modification of some acts, -the undergoing standardization works in introducing the European standards in the set of Polish Standards, - the "new approach" directives of the EU.
