Zagrożenie sejsmiczne w Kopalni Węgla Brunatnego "Bełchatów" S. A.

W artykule przedstawiono problematykę zagrożenia sejsmicznego rejestrowanego w ostatnich 20 latach przy prowadzeniu eksploatacji węgla brunatnego w KWB "Bełchatów" S. A. Scharakteryzowano skalę występowania powyższego zagrożenia, rys historyczny zjawiska sejsmiczności w rejonie kopalni oraz jego uwarunkowania geologiczno-górnicze.

Presented in this article are the problems of seismic hazard according to the records made over the recent 20-year period, in the course of running the mining operation in the lignite mine of KWB "Bełchatów" S. A. Characterized is the scale occurrence of that hazard, the historical outline of the phenomenon of seismism in the area as well as the geological and mining conditions of the area.
