System for Management of Acoustic Revitalisation of Urban Industrial Areas

It is observed that noise, if not controlled in complex and coordinated way, can become a cause of general degradation of the natural environment. That level of degradation may come up to a critical moment, in which large areas will not be able to perform their functions (in the case of town, those of rest and recreation). Therefore, it is necessary to develop a general method serving the revitalisation of such areas. Considering the issue in the most general way, it is necessary to undertake actions aimed at finding the current condition, and, on the basis, to change it through applying technical, legal and organisational solutions that eliminate or minimise the occurring acoustical annoyance.

Obserwuje się, iż hałas nie zwalczany w sposób kompleksowy i skoordynowany może stać się przyczyną powszechnej degradacji środowiska przyrodniczego dochodząc do momentu krytycznego, w którym znaczne obszary nie będą mogły pełnić swoich funkcji (w przypadku miasta np.: wypoczynku i rekreacji). Dlatego konieczne jest opracowanie ogólnej metody służącej rewitalizacji takich terenów. Najogólniej rzecz ujmując, konieczne jest podjęcie działań mających na celu stwierdzenie istniejącego stanu, aby na tej podstawie prognozować jego zmianę z zastosowaniem rozwiązań technicznych, prawnych i organizacyjnych eliminujących lub minimalizujących występujące uciążliwości.
