Wsparcie finansowe działalności przedsiębiorstw w Polsce z unijnych funduszy strukturalnych

The paper discussed problem of EU structural funds absorption for small and medium sized companies in Poland in the first year of membership in the Community. First part of it considers goals, rules and instruments of structural and regional policy of European Union. This policy were realised by co-financing specified regional programmes and projects with the help of the structural funds and Cohesion Fund the development. In article were introduced SPO which were used to absorb this financial help to support companies economical activity.
