Selected Methods of Modeling Reliability During Engineering Process of Machine Elements

In this paper, a methodics of modeling the reliability of machine elements at the stage of their engineering process, has been presented. A scope of works, which should be done at the stage of conceptual analysis of the engineered elements, has been given. These works are related mainly to the identification of the forcing factors. Then, methods of defining the reliability of elements at the engineering process have been presented and technological criteria for defining the reliability at the manufacturing stage have been discussed. An attention has also been drawn on the significance of a correct documenting the defined reliability of the elements during the engineering process.

W artykule przedstawiono metodykę modelowania niezawodności elementów maszyn na etapie ich projektowania. Podano zakres prac, jakie należy wykonać na etapie analizy koncepcyjnej projektowanych elementów. Prace te odnoszą się głównie do identyfikacji czynników wymuszających. Następnie podano metody okreslajace niezawodność elementów w procesie projektowania i kryteria technologiczne do określania niezawodności na etapie wytwarzania. Zwrócono również uwagę na istotność poprawnego dokumentowania wyznaczonej funkcji niezawodności elementów podczas procesu projektowania.
