An Analysis of the Influence of the Gear Deviations on the Error of Their Measurement

The article present an analysis of the main inaccuracies of the gear (base radius and profile) caused by the machining process and their influence on the measuring result (its error). The measuring process was carried out with a Coordinate Measuring Machine using the software containing the author's algotithm. This analysis does not take into consideration the CMM and its head inaccuracy (although such analysis has been undertaken, it is not a subject of the current article).

Przedstawiono analizę wpływu podstawowych odchyłek wykonawczych (promienia zasadniczego i zarysu) na wyniki pomiaru (błędy wyznaczenia odchyłek rzeczywistych) w procesie pomiarowym na współrzędnościowej maszynie pomiarowej zgodnie z algorytmem opracowanym przez autora. Jest to analiza nie uwzględniająca dokładności współrzędnościowej maszyny pomiarowej i głowicy pomiarowej, która stanowi odrębny problem badawczy (została również przeprowadzona przez autora, ale nie jest uwzględniana w tym artykule).
