Pomiary rezystancji termicznej monolitycznych regulatorów napięcia

Artykuł dotyczy problematyki pomiarów rezystancji termicznej monolitycznych regulatorów napięcia z wykorzystaniem metody elektrycznej i pirometrycznej. Zamieszczono wyniki pomiarów rozważanego parametru w funkcji mocy wydzielanej w elemencie oraz porównano wyniki otrzymane za pomocą obu wymienionych metod. Zbadano także nierównomierność rozkładu temperatury na powierzchni obudowy badanych elementów.

The paper concerns the problem of measurements of the thermal resistance of the monolithic voltage regulators using electrical and pyrometric (infrrared) methods. Results of measurements of the thermal resistance as the function of the dissipated power in considered regulators are presented and discussed. Results obtained using both the electrical and pyrometric method are compared. Distributions of the temperature on the surface of the regulators case are also investigated and discussed.
