Vibration diagnostics of the technical condition of a synchronous machine

The paper presents a diagnostic system for determining the condition of rotating machines and the main system features, such as spatial vibration measurement, measurement parameterisation and vibration map building. The system is used to build parameterised graphs which enable an expert to determine the technical condition of a machine. A prototype of the system has been working since the year 2005 at a Polish hydro power plant.

W artykule przedstawiono wybrane cechy systemu diagnostyki wibracyjnej maszyn synchronicznych. Cechy systemu takie jak pomiar przestrzennego wektora wibracji, parametryzacja pomiaru drgań, budowanie mapy wibracji wyróżniają go spośród współczesnych systemów pomiarowych. System jest w stanie budować wykresy pomocne w oszacowywaniu stanu technicznego maszyny i rozpoznawaniu jej uszkodzonych części. Proptotyp systemu pracuje od roku 2005 w jednej z elektrowni wodnych w Polsce.
