During the last decades a revolution in the field of teleinformatics enabled us to control the most complicated and complex processes. However, a modern outlook on logistics is not only a result of progress in informatics but it also takes advantage of the knowledge about a customer and aims at satisfying him. Informatics is used only as enabling technology, being profitable because of being used for customers' needs. Therefore the key to success is to know the technologies and to be able to use them for our purposes. With all that in hand what we have to do is to make the best of our knowledge to become more competitive.
