Influence of the preliminary imperfection on the form of equilibrium path of compression bars during post buckling state
The paper presents an analysis of influence of the preliminary imperfection on the form of equilibrium path of bar compression in the range of post buckling state. In the second part the paper presents the short characteristic of nonlinear numerical analysis used to the stability problems of structures. The MSC AFEA (Advanced Finite Element Analysis) and MSC PATRAN constitute the base to numerical analysis. The results of numerical calculation established the base to formulate some intrested conclusion.
