Analiza atrybutów interesariuszy projektu warunkujących sukces projektu

Dla skutecznego zarządzania projektami jest konieczne uwzglę- dnienie środowiska, w którym projekt jest realizowany. Jednym z ważniejszych elementów tego środowiska są interesariusze projektu. Niniejszy artykuł ma na celu identyfikację i ocenę czynników (atrybutów), warunkujących wpływ interesariuszy na odniesienie sukcesu projektu. W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań przeprowadzonych metodą 635 oraz ankiety badawczej, na podstawie których zidentyfikowano podstawowe atrybuty warunkujące wpływ interesariuszy na sukces, oraz dokonano ich oceny w zależności od rodzaju projektu. Na podstawie przeanalizowanych wyników stwierdzono, że opinia badanych ekspertów jest odmienna w zależności od typu projektu.

For effective project management it is necessary to take into account the environment in which the project is realized. One of the most important elements of this environment are the stakeholders. The aim of this article is it identify and evaluate the factors (attributes), which determine the impact of stakeholders on the success of the project. The research was conducted with 635 method and survey method which became the basis for identification of basic attributes that determine the impact of stakeholders for project’s success, including their dependence on different project types. The results showed that opinion of the experts varies depending on the type of project.
