Kariera w siłach powietrznych RP : wybrane aspekty

Trsnsformations taking place currently lead to changes in human behaviour. It appears in people’s tendencies to achieve success and in pace of moving forward onto next positions in an organisation. Career is not perceived univocally by either publications or in general public opinions. Difficulties in its definition lie in the complexity and scholastic character of people’s behaviour and the change of interests in career by certain people. In the time of structural and organisational transformations of the Polish Air Force, officers claim it difficult to succeed professionally. They are oriented on the job atmosphere, security and using their skills. According to them, factors that contribute most to achieve success include: the ability to organise work, ability to make decisions, persistence in reaching the aim, flexibility of thinking and applying a mixed model of management.
