The article describes the problem of lack of tightness to air leakage occurring in single-family residential buildings caused by air drafts. The author pointed out the most common places of occurrence of air drafts, the effects they can cause and the method of detecting and repairing the drafts. Design and construction work recommendations have been given to eliminate errors causing air drafts in buildings.
