Ocena trwałości nowo wyprodukowanych kanałowych płyt stropowych

W artykule poddano ocenie stan techniczny kanałowych płyt stropowych na budowie domu jednorodzinnego. Zgodnie z projektem budowlanym miał to być strop kanałowy typu S o nośności 4,5 kN/m2. Producent stropu zadeklarował, że wytrzymałość betonu na ściskanie wynosi fck = 25 N/mm2. W wyniku oględzin i badania stropu określono stan techniczny. Wykonano ponadto badania wytrzymałości betonu na ściskanie metodą nieinwazyjną (młotkiem Schmidta). Stwierdzono, że kanałowe płyty stropowe zamontowane na ścianach parteru budynku zostały wykonane niezgodnie z PN-EN 1168+A3:2011 i nie spełniały wymagania nośności.

The article assesses the channel floor slabs mounted in the single-family house. According to the construction project, the ceiling should be performed as an S-type channel slab, with a capacity of 4,5 kN/m2. Producer of the floor slab declared that the compressive strength of the concrete is fck = 25 N/mm2. The floor was inspected and tested to determine its technical condition. Moreover, the concrete was tested in terms of its compressive strength with the non-invasive method (Schmidt's hammer). The channel floor slabs mounted on ground floor walls were found not to comply with PN-EN 1168+A3:2011 and did not have the required load bearing capacity.
