Zastosowanie oprogramowania SOFiSTiK do obliczeń konstrukcji mostowych

W artykule przedstawiono przykłady zastosowania systemu MES SOFiSTiK do modelowania komputerowego rzeczywistych konstrukcji mostowych i inżynierskich zaczerpnięte z pracy zawodowej autora.

The offer of software that facilitates the work of bridge designers is very rich today. Contemporary systems differ in the method of entering data, the scope of offered analyses (e.g. statics, dynamics, structure dimensioning) as well as the time to be devoted to learning the programme. An interesting working environment is the SOFiSTiK software, initially dedicated to bridge constructions, and today used in many areas of construction. Currently, it is possible to expand the functionality of the programme with additional modules to facilitate cooperation with the graphic environment and the BIM technology. The article presents examples of using the MES SOFiSTiK system for computer modeling of actual bridge and engineering structures, taken from the author’s professional experience.
