Porównanie potencjałów transportowych Polski i krajów unijnej „piętnastki” w latach 1980-2012

W artykule bazującym na wynikach prowadzonej pracy statutowej ZDO/6411 pod tytułem „Transportowe implikacje ćwierćwiecza gospodarki rynkowej w Polsce. Część I - transport towarowy.” przedstawiono rezultaty porównań potencjału gospodarczego, w tym przede wszystkim potencjału transportowego (transportu towarowego) krajów unijnej „piętnastki” i Polski w latach 1980-2012. Analizę porównawczą poprzedzono omówieniem historycznych uwarunkowań zacofania zagospodarowania transportowego Polski. Reasumpcję artykułu stanowi syntetyczna charakterystyka współczesnego stanu polskiej infrastruktury transportowej oraz posiadanego taboru towarowego.

The article based on the results of the ZDO/ 6411 statutory work being carried out, entitled: "Transport implications of the quarter of century of the market economy in Poland. Part I - transport of goods.", presents the results of comparisons of the economic potential, including in particular the transport potential (freight transport) of the "Fifteen" EU countries and Poland in the years 1980-2012. The comparative analysis was preceded by the comentary of the historical conditions of the backwardness in the Polish transport development. A synthetic characteristics of the modern state of the Polish transport infrastructure and the freight rolling stock represents reconsideration of the article.
