Omówiono problem wpływu stanu technicznego infrastruktury na bezpieczeństwo ruchu drogowego. Uwagę skupiono na: treści aktów prawnych i wytycznych projektowania infrastruktury drogowej, diagnostyce i utrzymaniu konstrukcji dróg w służbie bezpieczeństwa ruchu oraz bezpieczeństwie ruchu w strefie skrzyżowań i węzłów. W przypadku skrzyżowań i węzłów rozpatrzono problemy dotyczące: wyjazdów z jezdni głównej węzła i wjazdów, dróg łącznikowych, odcinków przeplatania i warunków widoczności na wjazdach z pasem włączania.

Attention is focused on: the content of legislation and guidelines for design of road infrastructure, diagnostics and maintenance of road construction in the service of safety and security zone in traffic intersections and junctions. In the case of intersections and nodes examined problems relating to departures from the main road junction and driveways, roads liaison sections interlacing and visibility conditions at the entrances of the lane switching.
