Artykuł dotyczy propozycji bezpiecznego i bezkonfliktowego całościowego wdrożenia Systemu Karty Miejskiej celem uniknięcia wielu problemów występujących przy wprowadzaniu takiego systemu. Prawidłowe i efektywne ustalenie etapów wdrożenia dla Systemu Karty Miejskiej nie pozwala na wygenerowanie dodatkowych kosztów wdrożenia oraz eliminuje lub ewentualnie sprowadza do minimum nieprawidłowości przy wdrażaniu. Dzięki zachowaniu odpowiedniego cyklu etapów wdrażania występuje duża oszczędność czasowa oraz zmniejszone koszty realizacji projektu.

The article concerns proposals for safe and conflict-free full implementation of the City Card System in order to avoid many of the problems involved in implementing such a system. Correct and efficient determination of stages of implementation for the City Card System does not allow to generate additional implementation costs and eliminates or possibly reduced to a minimum of irregularities in the implementation. By preserving the appropriate series steps concerning the implementation there is a high saving of time and reduced cost of the project.
