Trendy rozwoju transportu w Polsce i w Unii Europejskiej
W marcu 2019 r. opublikowany został raport „Transport in the European Union – Current Trends and Issues”. W raporcie tym przedstawiono wyniki badań dotyczących funkcjonowania rynku transportowego w Unii Europejskiej, jakości infrastruktury oraz wpływu na środowisko naturalne, a także zidentyfikowano problemy wdrażania instrumentów polityki odnoszących się do różnych aspektów rozwoju sektora transportu. Zaprezentowano także kluczowe problemy transportu w poszczególnych państwach członkowskich Unii Europejskiej. W niniejszym artykule opisano najważniejsze ustalenia zawarte w raporcie, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem sytuacji w Polsce. Wykorzystując dostępne dane statystyczne, rozszerzono interpretację niektórych trendów omawianych w raporcie.
On March 2019, „Transport in the European Union – Current Trends and Issues” report has been published. In the report has been presented results of transport market in European Union, infrastructure quality and impact on the environment and main issues of implementation of transport sector policies. What is more, the main issues of transport of Member States of European Union has been discussed. In the article has been presented main ideas of the report, particularly in Poland. Using statistical data, the interpretation of some of the trends discussed in the report has been extended.
