First of all, the article indicates how Russian government forms social security of indigenous people in remote areas, such as Siberia and Arctic. Secondly, pointes out the role of extractive companies in enhancing social security. Moreover, the article unveil the contribute of social reforms to national security of Russia, which recently has been largely developed thanks to cooperation with China.
