Głębokie wykopy w miastach

Projektowanie i budowa głębokich wykopów są obecnie w Polsce, ale też i na świecie nieodłącznym elementem budownictwa na terenach zurbanizowanych, gdzie brak miejsca na powierzchni terenu zmusza inwestorów do poszukiwania powierzchni biurowych czy mieszkalnych w coraz wyższych budynkach z coraz głębszymi kondygnacjami podziemnymi. W śródmiejskich i zabytkowych dzielnicach miast często buduje się tzw. plomby w miejscach zrujnowanych podczas wojny kamienic lub wewnątrz zachowanych ze względów konserwatorskich elewacji.

The paper discusses the issues of the construction of the deep excavation in urban areas, highly urbanized. The most commonly used types of structures of deep excavations walls are presented as well as methods of construction. The walls structures are divided according to the criterion of impact on surrounding buildings as stiff or flexible. The methodsfor the construction of deep excavations in terms of the safety of the works and impact on adjacent buildings, the ground surface and the environment are discussed. The examples of interaction between the structures built in deep excavations and existing underground and surface infrastructure are given.
