W artykule wskazano na kluczowe wyzwania jakie stoją przed wojskowym systemem logistycznym w najbliższej perspektywie i dalszym horyzoncie czasowym do roku 2030. Przedmiot badań przedstawiony w artykule dotyczy wpływu zakupu nowoczesnego sprzętu wojskowego na potrzeby Sił Zbrojnych Rzeczypospolitej, wynikającego z konieczności modernizacji technicznej, a bezpośrednio związany z przekazaniem znacznej części potencjału bojowego Siłom Zbrojnym Ukrainy w 2022 roku. Podjęte przez Resort Obrony Narodowej działania, będące wynikiem procesów zachodzących w środowisku bezpieczeństwa międzynarodowego, determinują konieczność wzmacniania zdolności obronnych państwa. Celem badań jest sprawdzenie, weryfikacja i ocena funkcjonowania wojskowego systemu logistycznego w aspekcie pozyskiwania nowoczesnych systemów walki i ich wpływu na realizację zadań przez podsystemy funkcjonalne systemu logistycznego. Z opinii ekspertów w dziedzinie bezpieczeństwa militarnego wyłania się hipoteza badawcza z której wynika, że zakupy nowego sprzętu wojskowego i wprowadzenie ich na wyposażanie jednostek wojskowych będzie procesem długotrwałym i wieloaspektowym, stanowiącym ogromne wyzwanie dla wojskowego systemu logistycznego, w szczególności wpływającym na zakres zadań i obciążenie personelu logistycznego. W opracowanym materiale autor wskazał na wyzwania i zagrożenia, które mogą opóźnić lub zakłócić proces dostosowania wojskowego systemu logistycznego wynikający ze zwiększonych potrzeb sił zbrojnych.
The article identifies the key challenges facing the military logistics system in the near future and in the longer term until 2030. The subject of the research presented in the article concerns the impact of the purchase of modern military equipment for the needs of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland, resulting from the need for technical modernization and directly related to the transfer of a significant part of the combat potential to the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 2022. The actions taken by the Ministry of National Defense, resulting from the processes taking place in the national security environment, determine the need to strengthen the defense capabilities of the state. The aim of the research is to check, verify, and assess the functioning of the military logistics system in the aspect of acquiring modern combat systems and their impact on the implementation of tasks by the functional subsystems of the logistics system. From the opinions of experts in the field of military security, a research hypothesis emerges from which it follows that the purchase of new military equipment and its introduction to the equipment of military units will be a long-term and multi-faceted process, posing a huge challenge for the military logistics system, in particular affecting the scope of tasks and the workload of logistics personnel. In the developed material, the author indicated challenges and threats that may delay the process of adapting the military logistics system resulting from the increased needs of the armed forces.
