Przedstawiono wyniki badań i przyczyny uszkodzeń budynku jednorodzinnego usytuowanego w krawędziowej strefie doliny Odry. Stwierdzono, że przyczyną pęknięć i zarysowań ścian budynku było nadmierne osiadanie fundamentu.
