Postęp naukowo-techniczny w tej sferze i związane z nim technologie stymulują wszystkie pozostałe kierunki badań naukowych oraz wdrożeń praktycznych. Przykładem takiej nowatorskiej technologii jest koncepcja chmury cybernetycznej, znanej w teorii i praktyce od początku XX wieku pod angielskim terminem „Cloud Computing”. Idea przetwarzania w chmurze polega na automatycznym zbudowaniu wirtualnej konfiguracji teleinformatycznej, która optymalnie może obsłużyć każde indywidualne zgłoszenie potencjalnego użytkownika. Information technology is one of the most dynamic and innovative areas of our life where scientific and technological progress and related technologies stimulate all other areas of research and practical implementations. Some examples of this innovative technology is the concept called "clouds of cyberspace", known in the theory and practice of the early 20th century as "cloud computing". The idea of cloud computing is the automatic construction of virtual data communication area which can optimally handle each individual application of potential user. Because of the ubiquity of information technology benefits of this approach are enormous, and depend primarily on the reduction of various costs and expenses as well as increase functionality and performance of hardware, software and other information resources. The article discusses the mechanism and functioning of the clouds cyber technology, mainly its advantages and disadvantages, and presents new challenges of information society in the provision of more efficient and innovative information services.
