Narodowy Plan Rozwoju 2004-2006 i Narodowy Plan Rozwoju 2007-2013

Zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o Narodowym Planie Rozwoju (Dz.U. nr 116, poz. 1206), stanowi on kompleksowy dokument, w którym omówiono strategię społeczno-gospodarczą Polski i regionów kraju. W NPR jako cel strategiczny przyjęto rozwój gospodarki konkurencyjnej, opierającej się na wiedzy i przedsiębiorczości. Mówi się także o harmonijnym i długofalowym rozwoju gospodarki, przy jednoczesnym wzroście zatrudnienia i lepszej spójności z Unią Europejską w zakresie ekonomicznym, społecznym i przestrzennym. Cel ten dotyczy całego kraju i regionów. Narodowy Plan Rozwoju realizowany jest w dwóch etapach czasowych, tj.: NPR na lata 2004-2006 i NPR na lata 2007-2013. Każda z pięciu osi NPR zakłada między innymi wspieranie przedsiębiorstw oraz wzrost ich konkurencyjności w gospodarce krajowej i unijnej, z uwzględnieniem ich rozwoju również w gospodarce poszczególnych regionów kraju. Działania określone w NPR są finansowane ze środków unijnych i środków krajowych, w tym publicznych i prywatnych.

In accordance with the act of parliament of the 20th of April 2004 as regards the National Development Plan (Journal of Laws Nr 116, item. 1206), is a complex document, in which the strategy of the social-economic strategy of Poland and regions of the country are discussed. Within the NDP the development of a competitive economy has been selected as a strategic goal, based on knowledge and entrepreneurship. There is also talk of harmonious and long term economic development, with a simultaneous rise in employment and closer ties with the EU in terms of economic, social and spatial. This goal incorporates all of Poland and its regions. The NDP is implemented in two phases in time, such as the NDP for the years 2004-2006 and the NDP for the years 2007-2013. Each of the five axes of the NDP is based among other things on supporting entrepreneurship and increasing their competitiveness in both the national and EU economies taking into account their development in specific national regions. Activities defined within the NDP are financed by the EU and domestic funds, both public and private.
