The regularities, which determine an economic functionality of the industrial enterprise are as follows: the dependence of system’s functioning capacity on the functioning capacity of its components (reflecting the integrity, balance, order of the dynamic economic system in the functional synthesis of its components for the formation of its holistic functioning capacity); homeostasis of the enterprise as an open system in uncertain, variable and dynamic conditions of the environment (determines the stability, adaptability and flexibility of production and economic system for neutralizing or converting the negative effects of the environment on the development elements); consistency of functional existence with objectives for exploitation of the enterprise as industrial and economic system (reflects the exploitation capacity of the internal functional mechanism of the enterprise to the production of the result as a dual - nature formation), implementation of business-system of industrial enterprise in the business environment (detects the presence of a functioning of the capable business system that can be used in business activities to ensure the functioning of industrial enterprise in the business environment).
