Zusammensetzung und Zusammenbildung. Ähnlichkeiten und Unterschiede

The aim of the following publication is to compare two word-building phrases: Zusammensetzung and Zusammenbildung. These phrases constitute the permanent element of the German word formation. This article reveals the analysis and algorithms of creating new words that are combined in the presented processes. In the publication it is also presented how the combinations are classified according to the historical, formal or semantic dimension. The processes of creating particular words are an example of different ways of building new vocabulary in the German language. This plays a pivotal role in creating words for technology, science, medicine, or daily usage.
