ANALYSIS OF TRANSFERS FRAMEWORK ON THE OPEN PENSION FUND MARKET

People insured in the Open Pension Funds (OPF) have a possibility to change the fund which is defined as the transfer. Because of that, a movement of people between funds is observed on the market. The transfers can be described by the table of movements, which is defined in the article as matrix of transfers. It has the same construction as the table of movement of products and services in foreign trade. Because of that the coefficients applied to analysis of partners dependence and structure of the exchange can be applied to analysis of transfers, which in the main aim of the article. The study of movement of people betwwen the OPF with the use of the above-mentioned coefficients is very accurate because one can identify the framework of transfers, the share of single funds in the total number of transfers and the dependence of OPF in transfers. One can also measure the concentration and preferences of inflow and over flow of people from and to the particular OPF. It is also possible to answer the question whether additional factors , apart from the share of pension fund in the total number of transters, influence the transfers.
