T-shaped-N-doped polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons: A new concept of dopant-free organic hole-transporting materials for perovskite solar cells
In this work, novel N-doped polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (N-PAHs) merged with T-shaped phenazines were designed, synthesized, and introduced as the hole transport materials on the top of perovskite layer in planar n−i−p heterojunction perovskite solar cells (PSCs). This data set contains the optoelectronic (UV-Vis, conductivity), compositional characterization of the resulted thin films (XRD) and photovoltaic properties of the fabricated solar cells (J-V curves, EQE, carrier recombination, power conversion efficiency, hysteresis effect) together with their stability at different conditions. The resulting perovskite films were also characterized by steady-state photoluminescence (PL), time-resolved PL (TRPL) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements.
