The article propels the problems of the auxiliary state in the formulation of the Catholic social science. In social science of Catholic church the human is the object of community, what means , that the state should stay on human's services as the person. The principle of auxiliary is connected with the power, the intervention, the duty of support the lowers people. Auxiliary has so hierarchic character. The rules of auxiliary are contained in the documents of Apostolic Capital, in individual teaching of popes.. The matters of auxiliary are defined by needs of the contemporary times.
