Termofalowa metoda pomiaru dyfuzyjności cieplnej

W niniejszej pracy przedstawiono termofalową metodę pomiaru dyfuzyjności cieplnej z detekcją fotoakustyczną i radiometryczną. Opracowana procedura bazuje na pomiarze przesunięcia fazowego między sygnałami rejestrowanymi przez detektor a sygnałem sterującym modulacją źródła światła. Zastosowanie materiału referencyjnego pozwoliło na wyeliminowanie wpływu komponentów układu pomiarowego na rejestrowane przesunięcie fazowe.

This paper presents a proposition of the thermal wave method of measuring the thermal diffusivity by means of photoacoustic and infrared radiometry detection. The described procedure is based on the determination of the phase-shift between the light source and the registered signal. A reference material is used for the elimination of the measurement set-up contribution to phase.
