Zdjęcie przedstawia dwoje starszych ludzi. Kobieta i mężczyzna, odświętnie ubrani, siedzą na krzesłach na tle zieleni. Na odwrocie zdjęcia inskrypcja : "Jakób i Agnieszka (...) zdjęcie z roku 1926 wieś (nieczytelnie) woj. Poznańskie technik meljoracyjny" (pisownia oryginalna)

The photo sent to the contest named “Photography of the Polish village pre-1948” organized in 1983 by the quarterly “Fotografia” (Photography) and the weekly “Nowa Wieś” (New village). Copy of the photo kept at the Institute of Archaeology and Ethnology of the Polish Academy of Sciences (former Institute for the History of Material Culture)

The photo depicts two elderly people. A woman and a man, wearing festive clothes, are sitting in chairs in front of greenery. The inscription at the back of the photo says [with some spelling mistakes]: “Jakób and Agnieszka (…), a photo form year 1926, village of [illegible], Poznań voivodeship, drainage technician”
