Młoda para i goście weselni] [Dokument ikonograficzny

Zdjęcie przesłane na konkurs "Fotografia polskiej wsi" do 1948 roku, organizowany w 1983 r. przez kwartalnik "Fotografia" i tygodnik "Nowa Wieś". Odbitka zdjęcia przechowywana w Instytucie Archeologii i Etnologii PAN (dawniej Instytut Historii Kultury Materialnej)

Fotografia przedstawia kobietę w białej sukni z welonem i wiankiem na głowie oraz mężczyznę w garniturze siedzących pośrodku dużej grupy ludzi - gości weselnych - wszyscy odświętnie ubrani. W ostatnim rzędzie kobiety w białych bluzkach z wiankami na głowie (druhny?). Za tłumem widać budynek i drzwi przyozdobione zielenią. Goście pozują do zdjęcia w trzech rzędach. Fotografia mocno zniszczona. Na odwrocie zdjęcia inskrypcja: "Ślubne zdjęcie Anny i Franciszka (...) wykonane we wsi Grojec w 19 roku przez nieznanego fotografa"

The photo depicts a woman in a white dress with a veil and a flower garland on her head and a man in a suit sitting in the middle of a large group of people, wedding guests ; all are festively dressed. In the last row there are women in white blouses with flower garlands on their heads (bridesmaids?). Behind the crowd there is a building and a door trimmed with greenery. The guests are posing for the photo in three rows. The photo is badly damaged. There is an inscription at the back of the photo: “The wedding photo of Anna and Franciszek (...) taken in the village of Grojec in the year 19 by an unknown photographer”

The photo sent to the contest named “Photography of the Polish village pre-1948” organized in 1983 by the quarterly “Fotografia” (Photography) and the weekly “Nowa Wieś” (New village). Copy of the photo kept at the Institute of Archaeology and Ethnology of the Polish Academy of Sciences (former Institute for the History of Material Culture)
