Introduction: Controversies connected with artificial acquisition of immunity are as old, as vaccinations themselves. In the last few years dispute among followers and opponents of vaccination was growing. Anti-Vaccination Movement are more and more popular in Poland and members of this movement announced on column of press, in television or on the internet forums, that vaccination is not legitimacy in our time and that vaccine are not safe. Producents of vaccins denied of this and affirmed, that they vaccines are very safe and risk of adverse events following immunization are very low.Aim: The main goal of this analysis is recognition of latest science about children’s vaccination in period from 0 to 3 years old and especially indication of factors, which cause negative parents attitude for vaccinations they children.Summation: The adverse events following immunization and Anti-Vaccination Movement may cause the negative parents attitude for vaccinations they children, but the most important factor, which cause negative parents attitude for vaccination is unacquaintance with of vaccination theme.
