Zu Kollokationen im Fremdsprachenunterricht. Eine Vergleichanalyse anhand der Lehrwerke für 1. und 2. Klasse Gymnasium

Das Phänomen der Kollokation wurde lange vernachlässigt, jedoch in den letzten Jahrzehnten wurde es immer häufiger zum Forschungsobjekt der Lexik. Das Ziel der vorliegenden Magisterarbeit war die Analyse der Kollokationserscheinung aus der Perspektive der Fremdsprachendidaktik. Die vorliegende Arbeit besteht aus zwei Teilen, einem theoretischen und einem praktischen.Das erste Kapitel befasst sich mit der Erscheinung der Kollokation als linguistisches Phänomen.Im zweiten Kapitel werden Kollokationen theoretisch beschrieben. Es wird zuerst darauf aufmerksam gemacht, woraus eine Kollokation besteht. Dann wird versucht, die Gruppe von Kollokationen aufgrund verschiedener Typologien zu klassifizieren. Zum Schluss des zweiten Kapitels werden solche Merkmale der Kollokationen wie Assoziativität, Konventionalität und Idiomatizität dargestellt, damit man dieses Phänomen präziser bestimmen kann.Das dritte Kapitel wird der Abgrenzung der Kollokationen von anderen Wortverbindungen gewidmet.Im vierten Kapitel beschäftigt sich die Verfasserin mit den Fehlern, die im Prozess der Übersetzung auftreten. Das fünfte Kapitel wird Kollokationen in der Fremdsprachendidaktik gewidmet.

Over the years collocations as a notion was rather neglected but recently linguists have started to pay more attention to it. This thesis, thus, is devoted to thorough analysis of collocations in foreign languages from the didactics’ point of view. The two parts constituting the above-mentioned thesis elaborate on both theoretical and practical issues.Deciding on one appropriate definition of collocations is impossible, thus, the author has mostly focused on their variety and versatility outlined in the consecutive five chapters. In effect, the first chapter introduces collocations as a language phenomenon. The following part includes the form of collocations and categorization based on diverse typology alongside with collocations’ characteristic features. The differentiation between collocations and other language compounds finds its place in the third chapter. The fourth part, on the other hand, contains the analysis of mistakes occurring when translating form Polish into German and the other way round. Moreover, the examples illustrating the above-described problem are presented here.The final part includes the analysis of textbooks "Kompass" and "Magnet" used in the first and second grade of Secondary School. The notion in focus relates to collocations in the didactics of foreign language teaching and the place of collocations in the curriculum. In addition the exemplary exercises improving collocations’ acquisition.
