Colorectal cancer is the main reason of morbidity and mortality among woman and men. Thirteen thousand of people suffer from this kind of cancer every year in Poland. Prognosis depends on degree of progression of disease when it is diagnosed. Adjuvant chemotherapy is one of the main methods of cancer treatment, which is a part of systemic therapy. Using cytostatic drugs, which destroy all human cells in the body, is burden with high risk of many sides effects.
