Praca przedstawia analizę finansową Grupy Kapitałowej TVN S.A.W pracy zaprezentowano definicję, podział i główne cele analizy ekonomicznej i finansowej. Przedstawione zostały metody i narzędzia służące badaniu kondycji finansowej przedsiębiorstwa. Wyznaczone zostały podstawy prawne przeprowadzania analizy finansowej i jej główne źródła. Opisane zostały metody wstępnego i bardziej zaawansowanego badania poszczególnych dokumentów finansowych danego przedsiębiorstwa. Zaprezentowano istotę i narzędzia analizy wskaźnikowej. Przedstawiono ogólną charakterystykę badanej grupy medialnej TVN S.A i wskazano na główne obszary prowadzonej działalności. Dokonano praktycznej analizy finansowej Grupy TVN S.A., analizując jej dokumenty finansowe i wyznaczając oraz interpretując wskaźniki finansowe. Oceniono ogólną sytuację finansową Grupy na podstawie zgromadzonych wyników. W pracy wykorzystano studia literaturowe, dokumenty finansowe i akty prawne.

The thesis presents the financial analysis of TVN S.A. group.In the thesis the definition, the division and main objectives of the economic and financial analysis were presented. Also the methods and techniques used in a study of Company’s financial standing were introduced as well as the legal basis for conducting financial analysis and its main sources. The author of the thesis described the methods of preliminary analysis, more detailed techniques used to evaluate financial documents of a company and the concept and tools of ratio analysis. In the thesis the author outlined the general characteristic of TVN S.A. media group and the main areas of business. The analysis of financial reports and interpretations of financial ratios helped the author of the thesis to assess the financial condition of the Group. The main sources of materials used in the thesis were economic literature, financial documents and legal acts.
